MBT – The Anti Shoe

Wanna get in shape and look good doing it?  The new Goti boot from MBT is the ultimate in comfort and style!  This boot is casual, yet rocks a chic motorcycle look thats cool and sleek.  Featuring Masai Barefoot Technology (MBT) you’ll be trim and tone in no time (especially after all of those Christmas cookies)!  The minute I put these boots on I could feel a difference – muscles that I didn’t even know I had were getting a good workout.  Not only are they extremely comfortable, they are  beautifully made out of quality full grain black leather and have wonderful details such as the contrast white stitching and buckles.  Not only will these boots give your muscles a run for their money, but in addition they improve the use of your joints and spine.

How does it work?

Through its unique design of its multilayered sole, MBT transforms flat, hard, artificial surfaces into natural uneven surfaces, simulating the walking action of our barefoot ancestors.

Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of MBT challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

This reactive, more supportive muscle action increases shock absorption for joints and discs.

Walking more upright not only looks better but automatically makes us healthier and stronger. The back and joints are strengthened, circulation is increased and breathing is more efficient. MBT lengthens and strengthens the whole body while standing, walking or in gentle running.

The function of MBT is similar to that of balancing a ball under the foot.

•Activates neglected muscles

•Improves posture and gait

•Tones and shapes the body

•Can help with back, hip, leg and foot problems

•Reduces stress on knee and hip joints
